The Promises of God:
"Behold, I stand at the door,
and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him,
and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20).
Notice what is required for the
promise to be fulfilled - "hear my voice and open the door" God is
just longing to come to us and fellowship with us but HE waits until we
"hear His voice and open the door" ! An amazing God! HE has the power
to knock the door down and barge His way in - but HE will not do so. It's HIS
own law - He set in motion when He gave us a free will. He waits and longs
for our desire and longing to be stirred to action! Let's get this kingdom
principle and learn to "hear His voice and quickly respond by opening the
door to our hearts" - The advantages are all ours!
