The Promises of God:

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you" (John 14:27).

Notice the "not as the world giveth" ... Although Job said "the Lord gives and the Lord takes away - it was NOT the Lord that took away Jobs stuff - it was the devil! Here we have the inference that God is not an Indian giver - when HE gives us HIS peace it is permanent - forever - done deal! Hallelujah!
