I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

Looking for a cure of insomnia? -- here it is! I have often quoted this verse when sleep tries to evade me. What a thoughtful and caring God we have even mindful that it is possible for us to have restless tossings and turnings that deprive us of sleep! Next time take a HUGE dose of this verse - I WILL both  lay down in PEACE and SLEEP!!
