The Promises of God:

"When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him" (Proverbs 16:7).

Have any enemies? :-) This verse tells us when our ways please the Lord He creates peace around us! Another verse tells us "Great peace have they that love thy law and nothing shall offend them!" Peace is one of God's provisions to us - Psalm 23 says: "thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies." .... What's the point? In the MIDST of controversy and opposition and turmoil we can still have PEACE because we have the PRINCE OF PEACE within our hearts!
