The Promises of God:

"If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him" (John 14:23).

Literally it means "we will tent with him" - what a thought! God moving in to our hearts, settling down, and taking up permanent residence with us! Are you able to wrap your understanding around that one? Don't try - just accept it - God wants to live with me and you! Think of all that this implies! And keep thinking of it! "There they dwell with the King for HIS work" That's HIS desire - union and communion! Hallelujah what a thought!
