The Promises of God:

"As I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee" (Isaiah 54:9, 10).

Wow - just as God promised to never again destroy the earth by flood waters, so here He promises to not remove His peace and kindness from us! It is exactly the opposite of what our world, the church and our enemy would have us believe. God is NOT forever longing for ways to show His anger and punish us - but rather for ways to burst through into our lives with HIS love and kindness! Let's not be among those who are duped! :-)
