Thanksgiving

Psalm 69:30
I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.

SING! Singing is a wonderful way to help us give thanks to God! MAGNIFY HIM! Ah herein lies an eternal truth! What do we magnify? Do we magnify our complaints? Do we magnify our aches and pains? Do we magnify our accomplishments? Do we magnify the work of our enemy and evil? When we spend time MAGNIFYING HIM first of all, it delights HIS heart. Second it blesses our own souls. Thirdly, it absolutely transforms the atmosphere around us and creates a whole new reality if we let it! Try it! Let's stop magnifying ourselves and our woes and start magnifying the LORD OF GLORY!
